Cheetahs head coach Frans Steyn makes four changes to his starting XV for their SA Cup match against the Griffons on Saturday.

Steyn’s fifth-placed side are in must-win mode with a 2-2 record putting them in danger of failing to finish in the top four and qualify for the 2025 Currie Cup Premier Division.

In the backline, Cohen Jasper comes in at fullback, with Michael Annies shifting to the wing and Prince Nkabinde making up an explosive back three.

Marco Jansen van Vuuren partners Ali Ngijima in midfield, while Clayton Blommetjies makes his second SA Cup start at 10 alongside Rewan Kruger.

In the pack, Aranos Coetzee returns at tighthead prop to scrum down alongside hooker Louis van der Westhuizen and loosehead prop Hencus van Wyk.

Captain Victor Sekekete partners Carl Wegner in the second row, while Sisonke Vumazonke scrums down at No 8, with Pierre Uys and Andisa Ntsila completing the back row.
